Press Campaign
It All Begins Here
I developed an integrated media strategy for a ceramics collection going to auction. The collection was the work of a famed local potter whose name was recognisable to middle-aged and elderly locals.
I built a story with the ceramics at the centre by using the ephemera and written information accompanying them, which allowed me to track familial relations for additional details and quotes.
After writing up the story, I conducted stakeholder liaison and targeted media distribution across trade and regional publications. The resulting coverage helped drive the sales of the pieces at auction to a £1,425 total, exceeding estimates of £665 by 114%.
Following the auction, enquiries were received from BBC Radio Stoke and a V&A Wedgwood Collection archivist.
Content Writing
It All Begins Here
Through keyword research and market analysis, I identified a significant content gap for consumers seeking guidance on Swarovski valuations and resale. People were particularly interested in the highly collectable Disney figures, which feature coloured glass.
My SEO-optimised blog, written in November 2024, continues to generate leads nearly two years later. The campaign directly resulted in £4,240 in sales in July 2025 and £11,930 in September 2025.
The blog ranks within the top 10 searches (page 1) on Google for keywords ‘sell swarovski’ and ‘swarovski resale value’. This demonstrates how strategic content writing drives sustained, high-value client acquisition.
Multiplatform Campaign
It All Begins Here
I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for works by popular regional artist Jack Simcock after a collection of his works was entered into auction.
It included press outreach, social media campaigns, email marketing, and coordination of a gallery exhibition for extra exposure. All content was written and proofread by me, and posters, digital graphics and exhibition supporting literature were created by me.
I conducted the initial research to find a gallery with relevant clientele and managed all pre and post-exhibition communication with the gallery.
The multi-platform approach delivered high audience engagement and £19,270 in revenue, a 232% increase on the target of £5,800.
